TRIPS -> OREGON, CAL COAST -> ROUTES

The route from Portland to San Francisco took place mostly in the beautiful coastal area. In order to get there from Portland, I used HWY-26 heading northwest for about 80 miles. From there, I took HWY 101 south and followed this route passing through several city roads, almost always following the Oregon Coast and Pacific Coast bicycle routes. The route forked off at the entrance of the Avenue of the Giants for 31 miles before coming back to HWY 101. From the point right around the city of Leggett, CA, I headed SW on HWY 1 and kept going all the way on HWY 1 to San Francisco.
