Challenging
trip over the coast of California and the Santa Cruz Mountains. This trip took
place on May 24, 2003. Because of my time limitations and constant dreams of
Big Sur, I decided to take off for the holiday and go all the way down to Big
Sur. I made it there by Saturday afternoon and had plenty of time to check out
the best spots and even attempted a few hikes. This is a great place that deserves
several visits in the future.
Because
it was a holiday, HWY 1 was jammed with cars but they did not interfere with
my business. I just rode my bike along without any incidents.
